All questions submitted by the following due date will be published in an addendum and distributed to the plan holders. The work involves the installation of hardscape and landscaping in the Holly Springs Town Center according to plans prepared by Foresite Group, including all associated phasing plans and revisions. All plant material must comply with the City of Holly Springs Tree Ordinance (ORD-19-2017), and root barriers are required for trees planted along public sidewalks or curbing. Additional documents referenced include the City's Landscape Standards Index, Construction Documents, Project Manual, updated plan schedule, and Parking Deck Hardscape & Landscape plans. Bidders must comply with all relevant Georgia Laws. The time allowed for substantial completion is 90 consecutive days from the notice to proceed for each phase. Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be assessed for incomplete work beyond the contract completion date. Bids must include a bid bond of 5% of the total contract amount. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond and a payment bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. Only bidders attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting and signing the attendance sheet will be eligible to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project details and bidder's name and address. Sealed bids may be delivered or mailed to the specified city addresses. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
