The County, on behalf of the Department of Assets & Infrastructure, Division of Parks, Trails and Historic Sites, is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform the required engineering, environmental permitting and construction consultation for the replacement of two culverts on the Perkiomen Trail. All submissions must include a current W9, Appendix A, a technical proposal (no pricing), a cost proposal, acceptance of terms and conditions using the provided questionnaire template, a company profile, and Penn-DOT qualifications.
