The City of Huntington seeks qualified vendors to provide professional services for structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design on an as-needed basis. The contract duration is one year, with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The selected vendor will also provide construction and contract administration as needed. Submissions should demonstrate technical expertise, management and staff capacity for all significant services, familiarity with local conditions, and related prior experience. Evaluation will be based on experience with the local or West Virginia construction market, firm location for service accessibility, identification and experience of the project team, specific experience in flood control design and administration for projects of similar size and complexity, and at least three references from similar services provided in the past three years.
