Renovation of an office development in Millville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The National Wildlife Research Center's Utah Field Station requires the removal of all hydronic heating, removal of all equipment in the mechanical room and any associated electrical, installation of two new furnaces, coils, and air conditioners with electrical adapted to existing ducting for the north end of the building, installation of nine mini-split heat pump systems for offices including electrical, and installation of three electric cover heaters with thermostats in the restrooms and safe room including electrical. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond will be required within 10 days of award. A bid bond is not required. Submit questions to james.g.roloff@usda.gov no later than April 17, 2026, at 11 a.m. MT. This will ensure there will be enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number in the subject line of the email. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The National Wildlife Research Center's Utah Field Station needs to replace old HVAC equipment from the administrative building and install new HVAC. This will allow for more control of the climate inside the building, ease of maintenance, and enhanced productivity. Additionally, this was identified as a need during our most recent inspection by the Institutional Animal Care and use Committee, as animals are occasionally temporarily house inside the building for quarantine and/or medical procedures.
