**As of May 5, 2026, this project has been awarded.** Tulare Western High School Roofing Replacement Project - Roofing The project consists of the construction of the Tulare Western High School Roofing Replacement Project at 824 W. Maple Ave., Tulare, CA 93274. All work is to be performed according to the Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications available electronically from the architect. The lowest bid will be determined by the base bid amount. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified under Labor Code section 1725.5 for public work. Bidders must provide a public works contractor registration number for subcontractors performing more than 0.5% of the total bid. Bids must be sealed and accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least 10% of the base bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish Payment and Faithful Performance Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum. Only contractors licensed to do business in the State of California with a Class "B" license at the time of award and throughout the contract period will be considered. The deadline for completion is August 7, 2026.
