**As of June 09, 2026, the project was awarded to Archer Civil Construction, with an awarded amount of $7,268,707.60.** General Work Description: The work consists of demolition and reconstruction of concrete curb ramps, construction of concrete curb and gutter, demolition and installation of sewer, water, and storm drain improvements, grind and removal of existing asphalt concrete, earthwork and grading, preparation of subgrade using Full Depth Reclamation with Cement, furnishing and placement of Class II aggregate base and hot mix asphalt concrete pavement, and installation of pavement striping, markings and signs. Instructions to Bidders: Complete, signed, and sealed bid proposals are required for the entire work described. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms included in the Bid/Contract Document. Bidders must register on the plan holders list for their bid to be considered responsive. Construction documents may be obtained for a fee from Peters Engineering Group or downloaded from the City of Tulare website. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of at least 10% of the proposal amount. The successful bidder must provide payment, performance, and maintenance/warranty bonds, as well as required insurance.
