As of April 17, 2026 project was awarded to Fowler & Hammer Inc, awarded amount is $99,620.50 Infill approximately 7,000 square feet of new city sidewalk. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors, and no bid shall be received without a certified check for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file and up to date with the City. If not, new paperwork must be submitted to the Director of Finance showing sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract. The decision regarding qualification is final. Bids will only be accepted from such qualified bidders. All associated documents including the Notice to Contractors, Information to Bidders, Bid Proposal, Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, Bid Bond and list of Subcontractors, Performance-Payment Bond, General Conditions, Specifications, Plans, Addenda (if any), and all applicable ordinances are considered part of the contract. The work may commence no sooner than ten days after the contract is awarded and must be completed by October 1st, 2026.
