Gilsonite or Ravel Seal Emulsified Sealer/BinderPavement Maintenance Project. BID GUARANTEE be accompanied by a certified check Proposals shall or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price, payable to the Village of Weston as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within 15 days of the award of the contract. The certified check is returnable to the bidder immediately after signing the contract, and acceptance by the Village of Weston of the bonds. A Performance Bond, and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with the executed contract in the form prescribed by the Village of Weston will be required by the successful bidder. Pre-qualification statement forms for this project must be submitted to the Village of Weston, 4747 Camp Phillips Rd. Weston Wis. 54476 by 4 p.m. local time Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. These forms must show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the Contract in accordance with Section 66.0901(2) Wisconsin Statutes. The Village of Weston's decision as to the qualifications shall be final. BID REJECTION: The Village of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Village of Weston also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. Bids shall remain acceptable for a period of ninety (90) days.
