The City of Bondurant is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative Consulting Services for the SE Industrial Public Improvements Project. The selected firm will assist the City with oversight and management of the infrastructure project for the construction of public improvements supporting new industrial development within the southeast industrial area of the community. The SE Industrial Public Improvements Project consists of public infrastructure improvements to support the proposed Vermeer Corporation Industrial Manufacturing Facility and future industrial development within the area. The improvements generally include construction of new public roadways and supporting infrastructure necessary to serve the development area. An overall Public Improvements. The Owner's Representative will work closely with the City and project design team to provide construction oversight, coordination, and project management services throughout the duration of the three bid packages. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for cause or convenience with written notice.
