As of April 28, 2026 project was awarded to UPI LLC / Underground Pipeline Inc awarded amount is $1,607,202.65. The work under this Contract consists of the reconstruction of South 72 Street as variable thickness concrete pavement, on a 5 dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete; with concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer installation, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. Pre-qualification: Required All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents are to be directed to the City Engineer. Questions received less than ten (10) days priorto the date foropeningofbids may not be answered
