This project will consist of the construction of a 24-foot octagonal shaped gazebo that is installed on a cantilever foundation located on the south end of the Turner Avenue Trailhead of the Great Guernsey Trail in Cambridge, Ohio. Additionally, there will be approximately 158 linear feet of decorative cement wall that will connect the Southgate Bridge to the gazebo. Associated electrical work, concrete sidewalks, and concrete aprons are to be installed around the gazebo. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. If any person, contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed Project, is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, they may submit to the Engineer, a written request for an interpretation thereof. Requests for interpretation shall be used for discrepancies, errors, clarifications, unspecified product substitutions, or other questions pertaining to the contract documents and drawings in relation to bidding issues. Non-written responses of any nature will not be considered valid in relation to bidding issues.
