Sealed bids are invited from qualified bidders via Penn BID for the COVID-19 ARPA H20PA and COVID-19 ARPA PASWS West Kline Road & West Street Stormwater Drainage Improvements Project and all related work, in accordance with the contract documents. The work is located in Mifflin Township, Columbia County, PA, along West Kline Road and West Street in Mifflinville, PA. The contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying for any required permits. The project consists of placing stormwater piping under driveways, constructing swales, saw cutting and milling existing driveways to blend into new pavement, installing inlets, pavement and lawn restoration, connecting to existing inlets, driveway restoration, placing riprap around the end wall, and performing all workmanship and appurtenances for a complete job as specified by PennDOT Pub 408, RC Standards, and the contract documents.
