Site work and paving for a road / highway in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for this project will consist of approximately 152,279 SY of Single Application Asphalt Seal Coat as per PennDOT 408 Section 470 using CRS-2P Oil *No. 8 Stone with 1.0% Wash, 5,219 LF of Double Yellow Center Line Painting, 10,438 LF of Fog Line Painting, and LS Traffic Control on various roads throughout the Township. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Sewickley Township. No Bid Bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the specifications or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any applicable municipal ordinances. Sewickley Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 All requests for interpretation must be received by the Engineer at least five (5) days before the date set for bid opening.
