Sealed proposals are requested for the following items: (1) Catch basins risers and "M" top and bicycle grates; (2) Smooth bore plastic pipe; (3) Emulsified and Superpave asphalt stone aggregate; (4) AS2 anti-skid. Specifications and forms are available at the Municipal Building on weekdays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Proposals must use the forms furnished by the Township, be accompanied by a cashier’s check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the bid, made payable to the Township, and include an executed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond equal to fifty percent of the contract value. The contract is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and expires one year from the contract's effective date. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or minor discrepancies, and make awards on an item-by-item basis or aggregate total as determined in the Township’s best interest.
