Description

Sealed proposals are requested for the following items: (1) catch basins risers and 'M' top and bicycle grates, (2) smooth bore plastic pipe, (3) emulsified and Superpave asphalt stone aggregate, and (4) AS2 anti-skid. Specifications and forms for bid may be obtained at the Municipal Building Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Township and must include a cashier’s check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid amount, payable to the Township, and an executed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond for fifty percent of the contract amount. The Township may award the contract based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, either for individual items or the aggregate total for some or all items quoted. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive informalities or minor discrepancies in the proposals or specifications if deemed to be in the Township's best interest.
