Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
CONTRACT NO. 2025-03: General/Mechanical Construction - $820,000 CONTRACT NO. 2025-04: Electrical Construction - $170,000 Sealed bids are requested for Larimer Pump Station Rehabilitation, including General/Mechanical Construction (Contract No. 2025-03) and Electrical Construction (Contract No. 2025-04), for the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted online via the PennBid Program. Equipment and services must comply with the specifications available from KLH ENGINEERS, INC. and the Municipal Authority Office. All plans and specifications are available online at no cost. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety days after opening. A certified check payable to the Authority or a bid bond executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company, totaling ten percent of the bid, must accompany each bid, or the bid will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The successful bidder must provide a performance surety equal to one hundred percent of the Contract amount. An E-Verify Program Verification is required in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. The Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer and reserves the right to award or reject any or all portions of the proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding process. The work included under this contract covers the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work as described herein, shown on the Contract Drawings and necessary for complete operating facilities. The project generally consists of the construction of the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority (NHTMA) Larimer Pump Station Rehabilitation located at 11840 Railroad Street, Irwin, PA 15642. Work under Contract No. 2025-03 consists of the General/Mechanical Construction and Contract 2025-04 consists of the Electrical Construction.
