Site work for a water / sewer project in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Under this contract, the contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and appurtenances required for the PTSA/WWMA Brush Creek/Boquet Trunk Line Section D Project, which includes the installation of approximately 2,300 LF of 18" and 15" sanitary sewer, 10 precast manholes, 1 stream crossing, miscellaneous appurtenant items, and other work as indicated by the contract specifications. To obtain copies of the bidding documents, prospective bidders must contact The EADS Group, Inc. Electronic versions are available for a non-refundable fee. Printed versions are also available for a non-refundable fee plus an additional mailing fee if applicable. Checks must be made payable to "The EADS Group, Inc." A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within ninety (90) calendar days as indicated by the owner in the written notice to proceed. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the project area prior to submitting a bid.
