Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, permits, travel, disposal fees and incidentals necessary to perform general building repair services as described herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, permits, travel, disposal fees and incidentals necessary to perform general building repair services at the Caltrans Kingvale Maintenance Station. Work includes removing and replacing steel framing at the sand storage building opening; replacing select sheet metal siding and roofing; constructing thirty-five new bollards and painting all existing bollards; preparing and painting fascia boards and eaves on designated buildings; removing and replacing generator-room double doors; and completing all required lead-related work, including development of a lead abatement plan to Caltrans. 2.
