Sealed bids are invited for SHS Gymnasium HVAC Improvements at Sequoyah Schools in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Bidders are to obtain bid documents from Parkhill, either by contacting Elizabeth Hollenbeck or downloading them from Parkhill's Info Exchange website after registering as a Plan holder with the issuing Parkhill Office at no cost. Bid documents are provided solely for obtaining offers for this project. All questions or inquiries regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the Architect. Fax or email transmission of questions is acceptable. Any clarifications requiring a change in the contract documents will be issued as an addendum and distributed to known plan holders and plan rooms. Bids are to be submitted on the attached form, with all blanks filled in, and may be submitted to the Owner or Parkhill offices until 5:00 PM the day before the bid. Bids may also be hand delivered to the location of the bid opening immediately prior to the scheduled time. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to Cherokee Nation, and clearly labeled as a Bid for SHS Gymnasium HVAC Improvements. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and irregularities or to reject any or all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
