Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Bids are requested for work on Gust Rd and Hickory Rd for pulverizing and relaying, delivery of base course, asphalt saw cuts, foundation preparation, and paving. Bids must be sealed and labeled as specified. The work is subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Wisconsin. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract deemed most advantageous to the Town. SCOPE OF WORK The work under this contract shall consist of: Haul base course as requested, place 2" of base course on roadway, pulverize with an aggregate stabilizer and relay, padfoot roll and grade pulverized material to rural typical same day, saw butt joints, prepare foundation, proof roll foundation with Town inspection, and apply asphaltic surface.
