Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Glenwood City, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 600-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
St. Croix County, Wisconsin is requesting bids for constructing six hundred (600) square feet of concrete sidewalk at Glen Hills Park, located at 1049 Rustic Road 3, Glenwood City, WI 54013. St. Croix County is planning to construct a five-foot-wide concrete sidewalk on three sides of a new restroom building plus a 5' wide ADA accessible sidewalk up to the building. The sidewalk shall be at least 3,000 psi concrete and 6 inches thick. Reinforcement rod shall be 1/2 " in approximately a 3'x3' grid. The sidewalk finish shall be swept with rounded corners. Most of the base material is already in place and any additional material will be provided by the County. The County will also be responsible for backfilling and seeding. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
