Work to be performed includes installing City provided plastic decorative crosswalk markings, miscellaneous work, and temporary traffic control. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder is required to enter into a contract and provide a satisfactory performance and payment bond. Bidders must include a Bidder Questionnaire (WSDOT Form 272-022) with their submission. Plans and specifications are available online at Builder's Exchange. Supplemental responsible bidder criteria will apply. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty days after the bid opening.
