Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Improvements under this Contract consist of but are not limited to, MOT (standard, ped escort/flagger, traffic control officer, ped LCD, arrow board, PCMS, ITS maintenance, barricade), protections (sediment barrier, inlet, tree), monitor structures (inspection, settlement, vibration), C&G (standard, selective), earthwork (excavation), concrete (removal, superstructure, curb/gutter, sidewalk, driveways), steel (reinforcing), architectural (bus shelter, bike rack, trash can), pavement markings (removable tape, detectable, RPM, thermoplastic, bike lane), signing (single-column), lighting (conductors, pole complete, pole relocate, cable distribution), signalization (signal cable, aluminum pole, ped signal, loop detector, loop assembly, ped detector, controller modify), conduit, pull/splice box, fiber optic (cable locate), drainage (pipe culvert, inlet, manhole), utility adjustment (manhole, valve box), landscaping (small, large), and sod along State Road 5 (US-1) at multiple locations from Palmetto Park Road to State Road 850 (Northlake Boulevard) for 15.399 (gross) miles in the Cities of Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach, and the Town of Lantana, Palm Beach County.
