Renovation of a stadium in Quitman, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Provide and install a turnkey high-efficiency sports lighting system at Veterans Stadium, replacing existing fixtures and using the current infrastructure. The project includes verifying the structural integrity of existing poles, meeting or exceeding GHSA requirements for high school football and soccer, using specialized optics and maximum glare control, and including proactive system monitoring. Optional features such as dimming or light show effects may be included. The vendor is responsible for removing and disposing of old lamps and ballasts, and must provide at least one year of maintenance and tech support, with pricing for continued support and details on any annual license fees. Proof of payment and performance bonds and insurance coverage is required. Compliance with legal requirements (E-Verify) and submission of a contractor affidavit is mandatory. Bidders may propose necessary upgrades or changes. All costs for proposal preparation are the bidder's responsibility. Selection criteria include total project cost, technical specifications, vendor experience, maintenance and support, and implementation timeline.
