The vendor shall provide a comprehensive proposal for the design, site preparation, and installation of a high-performance synthetic turf field at the Brooks County High School practice field. The solution must achieve a safe, durable, and low-maintenance multi-sport surface. Vendors are to submit specifications for fiber type, face weight, pile height, infill composition, and recommendations for performance shock pads or underlayment for player safety. Work includes a complete site-preparation plan (grading and stabilization), a comprehensive drainage infrastructure, permanent perimeter curbing, secure turf attachment, full regulatory markings for Football and Soccer, a custom center field logo, colored endzones with specified lettering, professional-grade football goal posts, and any necessary field hardware. Vendors must include one year of maintenance and support, pricing for annual renewal support, and a multi-year comprehensive warranty covering all parts and onsite labor. Proof of payment and performance bonds, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, and general liability insurance are required. Compliance with O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 (E-Verify) and submission of a contractor affidavit is mandatory. The district may modify project scope prior to contract execution. Brooks County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will use criteria including project cost, technical specifications, vendor experience, maintenance and support, and implementation timeline to evaluate proposals.
