Sealed bids are solicited for the selection of a qualified vendor pool, licensed and insured to conduct business within the State of Florida, for HVAC Installation and Maintenance Services at single-family, apartments, townhouse dwelling units, scattered homes, and remote properties located throughout Palm Beach County. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions described in the RFQ and include related work as defined by PBCHA. Bidders must clearly mark their submissions with the solicitation number, closing date and time, bidder's name, address, and contact information. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. No electronic submissions are accepted, and late bids will not be considered. Offerors are responsible for timely delivery of their bids.
