Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount . The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid forms or during bidding procedures, and the right to reject any or all bids. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No interpretation of the meaning of the Bidding Documents will be made to any bidder orally.
