The project includes the installation of a roofed 96' x 50' heavy use area protection (HUAP) and 40' x 50' waste storage facility (WSF). Additionally, a 40' x 10' feed table, 40' x 15' concrete access road, 180' x 38' vegetated treatment area (VTA), reinforced access road, watering facility, stormwater controls, and supporting practices are included. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid.
