**As of April 30, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work consists of installing new drainage inlets and storm drainpipe at the Walnut Ridge Regional Airport. Bids for the project shall be submitted on a unit price basis. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders must provide all required information on the bid or proposal form, submit a 5% Bid Security, and have a current general license from the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities and comply with Federal Davis-Bacon wage requirements. Federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations must be followed. For contracts of $50,000 or more, with contractors or subcontractors employing 50 or more, an affirmative action program must be maintained within 120 days of contract commencement.
