Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

Sealed bids are sought for a Public Works project titled "Theater AV Systems Replacement - North Central High School" under Bid No. 23-2526. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a state licensed surety, in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid, made payable to Spokane Public Schools. This surety is subject to forfeiture if the successful bidder fails to sign a contract or provide the required 100% Performance and Payment Bond. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The bid documents provide necessary information for understanding the selection process and requirements for submitting bids.
