Furnish and place approximately 64,758 square yards of Asphalt Seal Coat using township-supplied stone. All work and materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its supplements. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
