Engineer Estimate is between $150,000 and $400,000 The project consists of the construction of approximately 405 lineal feet of 8" ductile iron waterline with associated appurtenances. Brian Head Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. MBE (12.6%), WBE (6.9%) The contractor is to provide all materials, labor and equipment to construct the improvements as lined out in the project Construction Drawings and herein specified. The contractor shall coordinate any road closures and construction activities so as not to interfere with access to individual homes. The contractor shall insure that driveways or property access are returned to service at the end of each working day as determined by the Owner. This shall include temporary road base, grading, or use of trench plating at crossing locations as required by the Owner. The contractor shall insure that all trenches are restored to finish grade daily. Any trenches not restored to finish grade by the end of work shift shall be plated and barricaded according to the current MUTCD standards.
