The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Middle Road Mill & Overlay Project located along Middle Road from East Street to Forest Road. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for pavement milling and HMA overlay, replacement of curb and gutter and full depth reconstruction in select locations, storm sewer intake replacement, resetting all existing utility surface features to finish grade, reconstruction of sidewalk at intersections including ADA ramp construction, traffic signal modifications, pavement markings, traffic signs, topsoil and sod, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, faxes, paper copies, or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
