Award: Valley Paving Inc for $1,133,760.05 Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the 2026 Highway Preservation Program Contract, including the following major items with approximate quantities: mill bituminous surface (2.0") 77,356 square yards, type SP 12.5 wearing course mix (2;B) 9199 tons, aggregate surfacing class 2 950 tons, adjust frame & ring casting 22 each, casting assembly 11 each, 6" concrete walk 152 square feet, concrete curb & gutter design B618 341 linear feet, and 6" solid line multi comp 48,205 linear feet. All plan, proposal, and addendum related documents are available only through electronic download. Only registered planholders, who must create a ConneX account, are permitted to bid. Bids must be submitted electronically using BidVault; hard copy bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check, or cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Bidders are responsible for downloading all project documents, including addendums. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the County. Minimum wage rates are predetermined and must be observed.
