2026 Chip Sealing Pavement Maintenance Project for the Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin. Sealed bids will be received for the chip seal pavement maintenance project in the Village of Weston. Complete sets of contract documents may be obtained from the Weston Municipal Center or online at www.westonwi.gov under bid postings. Pre-qualification statement forms for this project must be submitted to the Village by 4 p.m. local time Thursday, April 2, 2026. These forms must show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract in accordance with Section 66.0901(2) Wisconsin Statutes. The Village of Weston's decision as to the qualifications shall be final. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price. A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price will be required by the successful bidder. The Village of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the owner. The Village also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification statement forms showing sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract in accordance with Section 66.0901(2) Wisconsin Statutes must be submitted by the specified deadline. The Village of Weston's decision as to qualifications is final.
