Site work for a mixed-use development in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
**As of May 29, 2026, the project was awarded to Superior Paving Inc., dba United Paving Co, with an awarded amount of $105,791.40.** Bids are requested for asphalt improvements at Dapplegray Elementary, Mira Catalina Elementary, Vista Grande Elementary, and Palos Verdes Intermediate. Bidders must be licensed contractors with a C12 classification under the California Business and Professions Code at the time of bid submission and must be prequalified in accordance with Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms, sealed, and clearly marked for the specified project and bid numbers. Late bids will not be accepted. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk is required for eligible contractors; failure to attend will result in bids being deemed nonresponsive. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject items of a bid, or waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding process.
