Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a post-frame municipal garage building, approximately 60 feet by 200 feet by 18 feet in height, including a second-story office/storage area, overhead doors, concrete floor slab, and all related structural and site components as specified in the bid documents. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided, and bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The project may be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds may be required. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project site prior to submitting a bid. The Borough of Shenandoah reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Borough.
