GOALS FOR MINORITY PARTICIPATION 19.6% FEMALE PARTICIPATION - 6.9% STATEWIDE Description of Project To replace an existing lead water service line with a new water service line and perform any internal and/or external restoration work for up to one hundred and thirty-four (134) residential homes in the Village. Separate sealed bids will be received online for the replacement of existing lead water service lines with new water service lines and related internal and external restoration for up to 134 residential homes. The work is located in the Village and is funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The procurement is subject to specific regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act, Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, Illinois Works Jobs Program Act, Build America, Buy America Act, and the Village's disadvantaged business enterprise policies. All bidders must undertake specified affirmative efforts at least sixteen days prior to bid opening and comply with Executive Order No. 11246.
