Renovation of an educational facility in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of the Contract is for the complete installation of a diesel powered generator to be located at the Jaworek School in Marlborough Massachusetts. The work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation including locating and protecting existing underground utility lines, construction of reinforced concrete pad, providing and installing new generator with diesel base and enclosure, new concrete encased underground utility runs, interior utility runs, all required electrical connections including to existing systems, commissioning and start-up of genset, painted steel pipe bollards, bituminous concrete patching, restoration of lawn areas, and all other work as required to complete the project as indicated on these Contract Documents.
