Remodeling of an office development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 40,596-square-foot, three-story above grade office development.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the alteration of 40,596 SF office space within a three-story, 73,880 SF General Services Building. Open office areas, meeting rooms, and enclosed offices are to receive new carpet, wall base, and paint. Existing interior partition walls, doors, and ceilings are to remain, except in areas of new work, including the lactation room, wellness room, single user restrooms, and Level 02 restroom renovation. Construction will be phased and portions of the building will be occupied during construction. Bidders or their representative are required to be on time, signed in, and attend the entirety of the mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk through directly or through an authorized representative. Bids from bidders who do not comply with these attendance requirements will be rejected as non-responsive. Bid(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so.
