Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Troy, WI will receive bids for the Fire Substation Project. Bids will be on a lump sum basis and must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for their bids to be accepted. Bidders must provide a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the bid amount. Contractors may be asked to submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement. The Town of Troy reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding
