Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: the installation of approximately 1860 LF of gravel trail, excavation for 2 vault toilet facilities and approximately 800 LF of electrical lines. The project also includes the installation of a seasonal water system that has approximately 800 LF of water line, 2 drinking water fountains, a well, well pump, pressure tank and excavation for a pre-fabricated wellhouse.
