Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. B. The Work consists of the following: 1. Construction of a new sub area shop for KDOT Osage City on the site, including demolition, sitework, landscape development, and other site improvements. 2. Structural system consisting of a pre-engineered structural frame supported on concrete foundations and structural steel framing system supported on concrete foundations. Building exterior walls will have metal panel veneer on pre-engineered girts. Exterior fenestration including aluminum entrance framing and FRP doors. 3.
