Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists generally of the following major items: This project consists of bus stop improvements at seven (7) locations along Six Forks Road, between Rowan Street and Millbrook Road. The purpose is to enhance transit connectivity and improve rider accessibility along this high-traffic corridor. Major work includes construction of ADA-compliant landing pads at each location, along with associated grading and concrete work. The Contractor will be responsible for all landing pad installation and related site work. Bus shelters will be installed separately by GoRaleigh under a separate contract. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Question Deadline 06/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing only. Engineer's email address is riska.dees@raleighnc.gov. The City has an aspirational goal of 15% of the total contract amount to be performed by MWBE businesses in contracts awarded by the City for: (i) construction and building projects of $300,000 or more; and (ii) construction and building projects of $100,000 or more that have any state funding.
