Sealed bids will be received for the Tri-Township Wanatah School Renovation and related work at 309 School Drive, Wanatah, Indiana 46390. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the project. Construction shall be in full accordance with the bidding documents, which may be examined at the office of the Construction Manager or online. Prime and Non-Prime Contract Bidders must place an order online to download documents electronically or request printed documents, with bidders responsible for the cost of printing, shipping, and handling for printed versions. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each bid. Successful bidders must furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for up to 60 days before awarding contracts.
