The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge seeks qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Westerly Avenue Subsurface System Improvements (FEMA DR-LA-4611-0022). Firms are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications on USB drive in pdf format using the City-Parish Standard Form CPES (REV. 03/12/20). Only firms registered with the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, in accordance with LA RS 37:689, will be considered. A current Certificate(s) of Registration must be attached. Participation by minority, women, and/or veteran owned enterprises as suppliers or sub-consultants is encouraged. Firms should not contact any member of the Engineer and Surveyor Selection Board during the selection process. All submittals must conform to specified formatting and submission instructions. Un-authorized attachments or embellishments may be removed and discarded.
