The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge invites qualified engineering firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the FMN-11: Old Hermitage Parkway Overland Flow Route (FEMA DR-LA-4559-0033) Project No. 26-DR-US-0006 R F Q No. 26-ES-DTD-004. The estimated project cost is $256,170.00, and the engineering fee will be negotiated. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted on USB Drive as pdf files using the City-Parish Standard Form CPES (DATED: REV. 03/12/20) and delivered to the Chief Design and Construction Engineer, Public Works and Planning Center at 1100 Laurel Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802. Firms must be registered and download the RFQ from the City-Parish Web Site. Any issues with the RFQ package download should be directed by email to Mr. Daniel Rosenquist, P.E. Engineering and Land Surveying firms must be registered with the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, in accordance with LA RS 37:689, and attach a copy of their current Certificate(s) of Registration to the Statement of Qualifications. Submissions not received by the date and time specified or those not including all required information on Standard Form CPES may be rejected.
