The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for the complete performance of Lift Station #6 Improvements, which includes the replacement of existing pumps, valves, power, and control cabinets, all in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Fort Wayne City Utilities Engineering. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any entity in arrears to the LCRSD or in default or litigation with the District. Bidders must obtain a copy of the Bidding Documents from the LCRSD office and pay a non-refundable fee for each set. Bids may not be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt to allow for review. The successful Bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for non-compliance with applicable laws or Instructions to Bidders and to waive any defect in any bid. Completion- 5/31/2027. Q/A:- Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
