Scope of Work: The work includes replacing wall and gable vinyl siding and soffits with fiber cement siding; replacing fascia boards; replacing gutters and downspouts; exterior painting; and constructing a new property monument sign. The property is approximately 5.0 acres with six one-story buildings (one of which includes the common space), totaling approximately 37,335 square feet (heated and cooled) and 51 apartment units. The exteriors consist of brick veneer and vinyl siding. HUD Section 3 and federal procurement and contract requirements (including certified payroll), bonds, and insurance requirements apply. The project is defined by the bid scope documents.
