This project consists of materials to be furnished, delivered and supplied to the job site (FDS). The following materials and approximate quantities are included in the bid: Emulsified Asphalt Grade CRS-2P (FDS) – 41,400 gallons; and 3/8” (#8) Clean Crushed Stone (Screw or Belt Washed), No Limestone (FDS) – 1,200 tons. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated thereon and required and included in the Bid Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project and the date of the bid. All bids shall be addressed to: Township of Kingwood Clerk, 599 Oak Grove Road, Frenchtown NJ 08825. The Township reserves the right to hold the bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive or permit the cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with New Jersey law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All Bidders are expected to comply with all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1 et seq.) and all regulations promulgated in connection therewith by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services. All Bidders are expected to comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.s12101 et.seq.)
